  • Face masks are optional. Your lash artist will continue to wear a mask during the appointment.

  • Please cancel your appointment if you are sick/tested positive or have been in contact with individuals that were sick within the last 14 days.

  • Deposits will be refunded with proof of positive test.

deposit

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your time slot for all full sets and first time foreign fills. Once your desired date and time are confirmed, you’ll be asked to send the deposit via Zelle. If the deposit isn’t received within 2 hours of confirmation, the appointment will be released.

 

no-shows/cancellations

Please let us know if you’re running late and provide an estimated time of arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, you’ll be marked as a no-show, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.

No-shows without notice will not be eligible to book future appointments.

If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment. The new date must be selected at the time of cancellation, and only one transfer is allowed per deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit.

 

Please be considerate of your lash artist and other clients by cancelling your appointment if you are feeling sick. Due to the close proximity during appointments, there is a high risk of spreading illness. We reserve the right to respectfully decline service if you arrive showing signs of sickness.

fills

All fills must be scheduled within 2-3 weeks of your previous appointment, with at least 40% of lash extensions remaining to qualify as a fill. Appointments booked after 4 weeks will be charged as a full set unless otherwise approved by your technician.

We highly recommend booking your fills in advance, as lash growth varies from person to person. Your technician can help you determine the best schedule for maintenance.

Foreign fills are accepted for an additional $10 fee. Please note that in some cases, a full removal may be required after assessing the condition of your current lashes during the appointment.

 

on the day of your appointment

  • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes - no mascara, lash glue, sunscreen, or moisturizer around the eye area.

  • Be on time! If you’re running late, text us with your estimated arrival time. Appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.

  • Upon arrival, text or call the number from your confirmation message. Do not ring the main doorbell, we have a separate studio entrance in the back.

  • No guests or pets, please.

  • Cash (exact change preferred) is appreciated for your remaining balance. Zelle is also accepted.
